Privacy Policy

This policy explains which personal data the site promelio.pro (the "Site") processes, for what purpose, and what rights you have as the person the data relates to. By using the Site you accept the practices described below.

1. What data we process

The Site is built to work with as little data as possible. We may process:

Data you provide voluntarily through the contact form: name, email address, subject and the content of your message.
Your email address, if you ask to receive updates or ask to stop receiving them.
Technical browsing data logged automatically by the hosting server, such as IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the request and the page requested.
Preferences stored in your browser, such as your cookie choice. See the Cookie Policy.

We do not request or need sensitive data, gambling account passwords, identity documents or card and payment details. We will never ask for that information by email.

2. What we use it for

Answering questions, suggestions and content correction requests.
Managing sign-ups and opt-outs for informational updates.
Keeping the Site secure, available and working correctly.
Meeting legal obligations where they apply.

We do not use the data to build profiles with legal effects and we do not make automated decisions about people.

3. Basis for processing

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit a form or accept the use of cookies, and on the legitimate interest of keeping the Site operational and secure. You can withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

4. How long we keep it

We keep data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for: the time required to handle your enquiry, or until you ask to be removed in the case of informational updates. Technical server logs are kept for limited periods, according to the hosting provider's configuration.

We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be accessed, solely in order to deliver their services, by the technical providers that keep the Site running, such as the web hosting provider and, where applicable, the email provider.

We may also disclose data where a legal obligation or a request from a competent authority applies.

6. Links to third-party sites

The Site contains links to operator platforms, some of them affiliate links. When you follow one of those links you leave promelio.pro and move to a site with its own privacy and cookie policies, over which we have no control. We recommend reading them before registering or providing any data.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification of, updating of and deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing, under Argentine personal data protection law (Law No. 25,326 and supplementary rules).

To exercise those rights, write to support@promelio.pro setting out your request. We will reply within the periods set by the applicable rules. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority for personal data protection in Argentina, and you may lodge a complaint with it.

8. Minors

The Site is intended solely for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we identify data belonging to a minor, we will delete it.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No system connected to the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee zero risk.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or technical changes. The version published on this page, with its update date, is the one in force.
